Why should you support Diana?

The biggest thing to understand is that the incumbent to this office has been enabling President Trump to inflict great pain to our country. As a senior legislator in the majority party there is much Steve Womack could have done.

Trump has threatened Republican officeholders with paid primary election opponents if they step out of line. Steve Womack is a yes-man and rubber stamp supporting everything Trump and MAGA. I'm doing one better by running against Steve Womack in the 2026 election. Even if this incumbent does not have an opponent in a primary he needs to have a Democrat opposing him in November of 2026. The people in District 3, deserve that.

I have election experience from my previous home in Wisconsin. I ran in three State Assembly races, and also a County Board of Supervisors race. I have learned something from that experience. (Click to see my previous election history)

I am running for Congress because I have the tools and leadership skills needed to run for this office and to ultimately help the people of this district.

Because I am a recent transplant to Arkansas you can be assured that I will be listening to you, my neighbors, to hear what you feel is important. I do not know everything, so I need to learn from you. I am a Democrat, and I think like a Democrat, but I intend to support legislation and issues that I believe will help the people of northwestern Arkansas.

I moved to Arkansas to live near my daughter and grandson, to have the grandmotherly experience. But I also realized that I cannot be a good grandmother if I leave a broken world for our children. I intend to help build a world that is good for my children and for your children. And good for you, too!

As a transplant to Arkansas you might consider me to be an outsider. Perhaps I do bring some ideas with me, but Arkansas is now my home. And whether I have resided here briefly, or measure it by decades or generations, I have supported Democratic values and candidates all my life. This world-view is ingrained in me.
